How far in advance should I book?
Fridays and Saturdays are the most popular wedding days and often book up to a year in advance. Other high-demand dates, such as bank holiday weekends, mid-term breaks, and Christmas and Easter holidays, can fill up to two years ahead. There's no such thing as booking too early—send us an email to check availability for your desired date.

How do I book & what is required?
To secure your date, we require a €600 deposit/booking fee for events booked more than a year in advance, or a 50% deposit for events within the year, along with a signed booking contract. All of these steps can be conveniently completed online. Once your booking is confirmed, we will reach out closer to your wedding day to finalise the schedule and details.
Do you travel? Are there extra fees?
We are happy to travel, and there are no additional charges for most weddings within Dublin, Ireland. For weddings outside of Dublin, we will create a customised travel and logistics package tailored to your needs.
What can we expect from your Team?

We aim to make things easy for you. Once you book with us, there's nothing to worry about. We can arrange a meeting via Zoom or in person at our multimedia studios either immediately after booking or a few months before your big day. This allows us to gather all the necessary information from you and address any questions you might have.
On your wedding day, we'll be in the background, capturing moments as they naturally unfold without being intrusive. We'll arrive at your home or hotel about two hours before the ceremony and can stay either until dinner (6 pm) or about 30 minutes after the first dance (10:30 pm), depending on your personalised package.
What time do you start on my wedding day?
Every wedding is different, but in general we usually begin our coverage around 1 - 2 hours before your ceremony with the bride’s preparations.
How long do you photograph on my wedding day?
Our typical wedding day coverage is around 7-8 hours – from morning preparations through until your seated for your dinner. We do offer packages that extend our coverage to include your speeches and first dances.
What if I'm terrible at having my photo taken?

We hear this often, and to be honest, most people feel a bit awkward in front of a camera at first – myself included.
That's why it's crucial to choose a photographer who not only takes beautiful images but also makes you feel comfortable as a couple. Most of the time, you won't even notice we're there. When needed, we'll provide gentle guidance to help you feel at ease. Our team excels at making people comfortable, ensuring you look your best in every photo. Rest assured, you'll feel confident and natural throughout your special day.
Do you work alone, have an assistant or a second photographer on the day?
Why We Use Multiple Videographers and Photographers.
If you encounter a wedding videographer who works alone, we can assure you that it's challenging for a single person to capture all the important and beautiful moments of your wedding day from multiple angles. To truly capture the essence of your celebration, we typically work with a minimum of two videographers.
Before your wedding, we will review the schedule in detail to ensure we are well-prepared and know exactly what needs to happen and when. For larger events or more elaborate setups, we may bring in a third videographer and additional photographers, depending on your personalized package. Please inquire for more details.
Are you going to keep us away from our guests at the reception taking us on a marathon length photo shoot?

Absolutely not. When you book with us, we'll help organize a photo and video session that suits you perfectly. Remember, you're hiring us 😉, and we do need a certain amount of time to create the stunning images and videos you're expecting.

I love all the natural photos, but do you do family photos also?

Absolutely! Family photos are essential, and we excel at organizing and capturing them efficiently. It can be helpful to enlist the bridesmaids and groomsmen to assist in gathering everyone. Focusing on immediate family helps minimize delays. Informing everyone in advance about the time and location for family photos will also make the process smoother for you and your guests.
When will we receive our wedding photographs?
During the peak wedding season (May – September), our editing process typically takes about 6 to 10 weeks. For weddings held during the off-peak months, you can expect your photos within 3 to 4 weeks, often even sooner. We are dedicated to working seven days a week, often putting in long hours, to ensure you receive your wedding photos as quickly as possible.
When will we receive our wedding videos?

During peak wedding season (May – September), our editing process usually takes around 8 to 12 weeks. For weddings held in the off-peak months, you can expect your videos within 6 to 8 weeks, and often even sooner. We are committed to working diligently, seven days a week, to ensure you receive your wedding videos as promptly as possible.
We also offer tailored packages for expedited delivery, providing highlights within 24-48 hours of your wedding day and the full wedding film within 7 days.

How do we see our videos & photos after the wedding?
After we complete the editing process, we will upload your videos and photographs to a secure, password-protected viewing gallery on our website. You will receive an email with the link and password to access your gallery. This online gallery is perfect for sharing with family and friends, and it also offers options for purchasing prints.
How many photos will we get?
Each wedding is different, but normally you will receive between 400 to 600 photographs and also depending on the chosen package.
Do you retouch photographs?
Absolutely. We enhance all the top images by adjusting color, balance, and contrast. Additionally, we perform edits such as cropping and removing unwanted elements like light switches or exit signs. Selected images may also receive artistic touches, including black & white, sepia, or vintage filters.
How many videos will we get?
The number of videos varies with each wedding, but most of our packages include a highlight trailer and a short film of your wedding. For those seeking more comprehensive coverage, we offer a full tailored package that includes everything.

Are you insured?
Yes we are a full insured registered company in Ireland.
When is my balance due?
The balance for your photography or videography package is due only three weeks before your wedding day. If you prefer, we can set up a payment plan allowing you to pay down your balance over several months. Just let us know if you're interested in this option. Payments for wedding albums are due after the wedding, once you're ready to place your order.
What type of payments do you accept?
Booking fees can be paid via credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, cheque, draft, or postal order. All payment details will be included in the invoice you receive from us.
We do not accept balance payments on the wedding day as we prefer not to discuss payments during your special occasion. This is why we ensure all payments are settled three weeks in advance, allowing us to focus entirely on your big day.
How much 'posing' will we have to do?
Our photography style is relaxed, allowing you to guide the direction of your special day. While we’ll capture a few essential posed family shots, most of our photos aim to appear natural and candid. For example, we might say, "Just hold hands, walk towards us, and chat as you go." This isn’t posed, but we know the natural look we want to achieve. You’re welcome to share any specific photo requests before your big day.
How long do family photos take?
We usually like to get the group & family photographs taken as soon after your ceremony as possible and we can have these done in 20 minutes. These photos are very important to your day, but don’t need to take a large portion of your day to complete them.
Can you recreate photos I've seen elsewhere?
Absolutely! While we have our own distinctive style, we are always excited to explore new ideas and welcome your creative input. We love when brides and grooms take an active role in shaping the look and feel of their wedding photos. Your unique vision and personal touches inspire us, and we are committed to collaborating with you to create images that perfectly capture the essence of your special day. Do you shoot in colour or black & white?
All of our images are captured digitally in RAW format, which preserves the highest level of detail and color accuracy. This versatile format allows us to seamlessly transform any photograph from color to black & white. During the editing process, we carefully evaluate each image to decide whether it looks best in color or black & white, providing you with the most visually appealing results. However, we understand that personal preferences vary, and if you ever wish to see a particular image in its original color or converted to black & white, we can easily accommodate your request. Our goal is to ensure that your photos reflect your vision and preferences, offering flexibility and a tailored approach to your wedding photography.
Can we make our own prints?
Yes you can! All the images are yours to do what you wish with them!
What type of wedding albums do you offer?
We pride ourselves on offering one of the most extensive selections of wedding albums in the country, including storybook albums, matted albums, and fine art albums. Unlike standard, template-based designs, each album we create is designed from scratch. This means that every page is crafted to tell your unique story in the most beautiful and personal way. How long does it take to get my album?
Once you've decided on the photos for your album, whether we select them initially or you choose your own, the design process begins. Typically, our design time is around 2 weeks, often even quicker. After completing the initial design, we will send you proofs so you can review and see how the final product will look.
Your feedback is crucial, and we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the album meets your expectations. Once you approve the design and place the order, production time will vary depending on the type of album and the time of year. Generally, it ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. This timeline ensures that every detail is meticulously crafted, resulting in a beautiful and personalised album that you will cherish forever.
Do you have backup equipment?
Absolutely! We always carry backup equipment and use multiple cameras and memory cards during the shoot to ensure no moment is missed. When we return to our production studios, we take additional precautions by backing up your videos and images on multiple systems. We also utilize a secure cloud storage system to provide an extra layer of protection. This comprehensive backup process ensures that your precious memories are safe and preserved, no matter what. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we take every measure to safeguard your wedding day footage and photographs.
